RESERVATION DEPOSIT - 50 % of the total rental cost is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due on Check In
CANCELLATION - 14 days notice prior to booked date of arrival is required for refund of reservation deposit, less a $40 service fee. With less than 14 days notice, the reservation deposit will be refunded only where alternate rental arrangements can be made
SMOKING - Guests are requested to smoke outdoors only
PETS- a $50 surcharge is required for pets. Pet owners are requested to clean up pet waste
CLEANING SERVICE - House Cleaning service is available during your stay at a cost of $60 (2 hours)
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A refundable Damage Deposit of $200/week is requested at Check In, payable by cheque or credit card. For stays of less than one week the damage deposit is $100.
